The Reclamation Movement exists to turn pain into purpose. We walk alongside incarcerated and formerly incarcerated men and their families — guiding them through a journey of mind, body, and spirit restoration. Our belief is simple: no one is too far gone to rebuild their life.

We are actively developing programs rooted in fatherhood engagement, mental health support, and family restoration. As we grow, we are building resources that meet men where they are — inside or outside — and support the families waiting for them.

Whether you want to volunteer, partner with us, or simply share our mission — your involvement matters. We are a growing movement, and every connection helps us reach the next man who needs to know his story isn't over.

I met Mr. Muñoz when I was in a dark place, having just lost my wife and two young children to gun violence. I had lost all hope.
Muñoz changed my entire outlook on life. He gave me the energy I needed. Thanks to him, I am now in school, working hard in multiple programs. My depression has eased, and I can feel again.

The Reclamation Movement was founded on a simple belief: no one is too far gone to rebuild their life.

For ten years, Roland and Violett have walked a path of healing. Not just as partners, but as witnesses to God’s power to restore what was broken. Both came from fractured families shaped by incarceration, addiction, and abuse. Together, they have lived the very reclamation they now bring to others. Their mission was forged in a decade of tested faith, a testament that no story is beyond redemption.
Roland is living proof that reclamation is possible. Having walked through the fire of his past and having lost and miraculously recovered his own family through faith and relentless work, he now guides men.
He mentors from lived truth, teaching them to Reframe their Minds and Restore their Spirits.
Violett builds the structure for transformation. Drawing from sacred insight, she translates redemption into tangible systems, legal, financial,
communal, that allow the reclaimed man to walk in his purpose and Reclaim his Family.
He provides the lived truth; she builds the pathway. Their decade of healing is the blueprint. This is the engine of The Reclamation Movement: reaching the
man to restore the family, by the grace of God.
Every journey begins with a first step. We are here to listen, connect, and walk alongside you. No pressure. No judgment. Just people who understand.

The Reclamation Movement is a growing organization working toward formal nonprofit status. We are committed to transparency as we build — your support directly funds our mission.
